Don't mess wth Texas

We spent a lovely couple days in the Dallas area staying with family friends the McCarthys - Kevin, Antoinette, and Lizzie.  It was frightfully hot here, but luckily the Texans are prepared for that and air-condition everything.  We went down to the JFK assassination site, and then saw a very exciting Rangers game.  The Rangers were already losing by 6 runs in the 1st inning, but somehow came back to tie it up in the 9th.  The game went into 13 innings, but they couldn't pull out a win.  We finagled our way into the 2nd row behind the plate for the end of the game and even danced our way onto the Jumbotron for the second time of the trip!
