Touch down in Grenoble, a swift bus journey to Lyon: then it was dump the bags and head straight for Vieux Lyon - that's Lyon's picturesque and quaint old town. The old town in split into three quarters and sits below Fourvière Hill...when you see a hill, well, you just gotta to climb it! Unfortunately it proved to illustrate our complete lack of fitness as we staggerd up, stopping for more than a few breaks along the way, but reaching the top...well, lets just say it's worth all that huffin 'n' puffin. Sublime is the only word to describe the view. Take a look for yourself...
