We arrived in San Diego on Monday night after a whole day spent ay Disney Land!! We didn't even win anything. Meg was super excited about the chance to spend a day at her favorite place in the world. It is located in Anaheim, CA and the drive from Obispo was not too bad. I will tell you what, it was not as easy as one might think to spot the Hollywood sign while driving through L.A. The smog, crazy drivers, and my beard got in the way of us getting a solid picture of the damn thing. Anyway Disney was fun and we both felt like kids (minus the snotty noses and cotton candy mouths.) After a whole day of Meg dragging me on every rollercoaster there, we had an amazing time. We then drove down to stay with Meg's cousin Kristen and her fiance Dan in San Diego. They live less than a mile from Pacific Beach and were very gracious hosts for us. After they got out of work they took us out for drinks and dinner and we had a great time. This was the first part of the trip where we had seen any of Meg's side of the family. (And we all know how good of a time the Jaquinas like to have). Kristen and Dan were great and it was awesome to see then, since they skipped out on our wedding!! (just kidding) There flight was actually canceled coming into Syracuse before our wedding and it really sucked. So we brought the wedding to them (minus the dresses, my michael Jackson moves on the dance floor, my father in law's kilt, and a drunk DJ). We also got a chance to hang out with my friend I grew up with John and had a blast. Thanks again San Diegans!!!
