Well I've started the first leg of my trip. The flight to Minnesota was uneventful. I had about an hour layover in Saint Paul's before transferring to a flight to Los Angeles.
I'm always fascinated by all the different regional fare in airport restaurants, and vending machines. I always have to resist the urge to try that new flavor or brand of chip, pop or chocolate bar. When I was backpacking around Europe I tried every flavor of chip I could get my hands on. (except the vile sounding combinations) I tried a lot of different types there from tzatziki to chicken (Paprika flavored Pringles rock!!!)
