.Today we were up early for a workout before embarking on a tour in Cozumel,Mexico. We saw some Mayan ruins at San Gervasio .
The temples here were a place of pilgramage,especially for women desiring fertility. Cozumel really took off in modern times
in 1959 when Jacques Cousteau discovered the beauty of Polecar,the beautiful reefs just south of Cozumel and the site of
great scuba diving.The tour wasn't a great one. Again, Joanne didn't feel up to dinner. Sallie and I met a lovely and

interesting couple from Toronto who had dinner with us,Billie and Bill ------ (I'll get last names when we receive the
passenger list in the next day or so. It turns out he was a classmate of George Ferris at Harvard Business School and they
have kept in touch since both are in in the investment business .
