Tian'amen Square
From Beijing! in Beijing, China on Nov 20 '06

The wind gusts through Tian'amen Square like the flatulance of a monkey with an unhealthy baked bean obsession. This was great to see with my own eyes...(Tian'amen Square, not the flatulant monkey).
Got some cool pics of the Square, and in particular, the monument of the people's heroes!! Very cool to see such a politically historical site "in the flesh" so to speak! Tian'amen Square is just a stone's throw away from the entrance to the forbidden city (unless you throw like a small girl, in which case your stone might not reach). Equally close is Chairman Mao's Mausoleum, where his pickled remains have lied since 1977! (I will blog about Chairman Mao's Mauseleum at a later date)
Pretty much all i could ask for in a Square....not a triangle, not a circle, all is in order here.

So enjoy some of the pics of Tian'amen Square....not much to it, but still really glad i got to see it!
