Day 4: Playa Samara

After having breakfast we were collected by a small van from a local tour operator. Half the group stepped out the van after about 15 minutes to go horse riding. We drove on for more than half an hour to suddenly stop at a small trail to a river.

After taking some safety measures we were invited to step on our 2-person kayaks. It was a rather quiet river where even untrained people could easily stay on the kayak for most of the time.

Of course we all took a good shower when we were back

After about one hour kayaking we were directed to one of the shores, where fresh fruit and soft drinks were waiting for us. Then we started following a small river by foot, to find out there was a series of waterfalls. We stayed awhile at these waterfalls, enjoying the warm water.

Then back to the kayaks again, and after another half an hour of paddling we stopped at a place where the van was waiting for us.

Of course we all took a good shower when we were back.
