Rome is a city with a unique blend of history, architecture and world famous monuments. My mom and Pearl's sightseeing consisted of the Forum, Colosseum and St. Peter's Basilica. My mom came back incredibly excited because she had caught a glimpse of Pope John Paul II. I, on the other hand, enjoyed a restful swim in our hotel's gigantic pool.
Day 15 Rome - USA 'Buon viaggio'...After two long weeks, it was time to go home. Tired as we were, we were quite happy with all the wonderful sights we encountered in our journey.
