Had a brief walk around the Palacio Nacional in the morning before heading to the bus station and catching a bus for Puebla.  It's only 2 hours from Mexico City but it's such a small city and the difference between the two was amazing.  Having been used to the amount of people and traffic in Mexico City, Puebla was a really nice relaxing place.

Couldn't find the hostal so decided on living it up in Hotel Victoria where I got my own room, tv and bathroom.  Spent the 2 days I had there just walking around looking at the sites, went up to an old Spanish fort on a hill just north of the centre.  Pretty good views but not really that interesting.  There were a few museums near the centre that were quite interesting but didn't really want to spend any more time in Puebla.  Only saw about 3 other gringos there.

The one thing that does stand out about Puebla is the number of churches they have.  You just get bored of seeing churches all the time.  Churches were also the only thing I took pictures of in Puebla.

All in all, not that exciting but quite nice and relaxing after Mexico City and off the usual trail.
