Well we finally arrived in Mostar at 12:30 AM and of course it was deserted. We walked quite a ways down the street looking for a room and finally found some people to wake up after about 30 minutes of walking. Sleep, sleep , sleep!

In the morning we got on a bus, yes more buses, to Medugorje. Medugorje is one of the three places in Europe where people have claimed to see visions of the Vrigin Mary, along with Fatima and Lourdes. The Medugorje visions first occured in 1981 but haven't been recognized by the Catholic Church. Well we arrived there and found out that our bus back left in half an hour and the next one wasn't for three hours. We had a train to catch to Sarajevo at 6PM and still hadn't seen any of Mostar so we were forced to make our pilgrimage quick. We were able to go to the church but not the actual site of the visions. The town itself is pretty hilarious, it's kind of been turned into a circus. There were tons and tons of tourists and just as many souvenir shops selling everything from hollogram postcards of the Pope to priest robes! Crazyness!!
