Leaving-Lambert Airport

I am from St.Louis Missouri in the United States. I cried so hard on the way to Lambert Airport early that morning because I was so nervous about flying so far away from home.I wanted to teach in China, learn about the culture of China, but I knew I would really miss my family & friends so much.

Leaving North America and flying all the way to East Asia was so exciting, yet so scary. Imagine flying overthe Atlantic Ocean, the Indian Ocean, and several Seas. I wish I could haveviewed the continents (Africa & Europe) as we flew high above the clouds.I looked on the map in amazement at all the countries we would pass before arriving in China. I prayed that the plane would make it safe all the way to East Asia. China is the largest populous country and right next to Russia, the largest country.(wow)
