Woke up and hit the markets with the kids. Right next door to the RV park is a large flea market that runs Saturdays and Sundays.

I have Cabin Fever !

Al bought some matchbox cars, Charlie picked some DVD's, I looked at the murano glass wear I couldn't fit in my suitcase :( and then we headed of further into the south toward Charleston and Savannah.

We may just get to Disneyworld by Xmas day.. well.. that's the plan anyway!

The RV camp is about 8 miles from Charleston. I've got this headache that has been hanging around for a couple of days.. I think it's cabin fever itis and I'm missing not being able to just pick up the phone and call my sister to bitch and whinge and whine.. and I miss not being able to just take off in my car without a lot of thought.. I miss driving.. I haven't driven a car since October! I'm feeling frustrated that I have to consider 3 other people with every move that I make and I can't be selfish as I like.. just venting.. a good glass of sav blanc will fix this in the short term I'm sure!

Greg took the kids go-karting and mini-golfing to give me some space and I caught up the blog and enjoyed no TV, no music, just quiet! They were gone for about 4 hours or so and it was bliss. The RV camp today is really pretty. We're facing a river so sitting here typing my blog facing the river in peace and quiet was just what I needed !

Of course when they all came back, TV goes on, noise is back and the calm subsides ! We went out for dinner at 'sticky fingers'.. (a rib place) and then I updated this blog again.. here we are.

Tomorrow we're off to a cool plantation .. apparently it's the most photographed plantation .. and has been used in many movies, 'North and South the mini-series, The Notebook (we all love this one right) and a few others I'm sure to find out tomorrow.. .. very 'Gone with the Wind' ! After that, we'll head along the coast to Savannah. It's really pretty around here and the weather is great. We're out of our winter woollies and back into T-shirts.. I hope it stays this way, I'm over the cold.

Hello my Becster girly ! Bali Bali Bali.. aaaah... you lucky things ! Can you grab me a Sex and the City Movie DVD please, when we were there in September it was a crappy copy and you know how I lurrrrrve my SATC ! You and your computer savvyness (or lack of) you're a good match for my sister.. BTW girls, Big Charlie will be in Bali soon staying next door at the Jaya.. Make sure you go say hi.. How is Stevie coping with Bali? When are we going again? Did you say August? You in Bec? I hope you go and get a fantastic Head and Shoulder massage at the Melasti.. and Bec.. don't go with Shelley, she'll undermine you and tip them more.. just ask her ! She's a sneaky little thing !

Hi Kaz No probs karen In will get you a copy to easy. Wow you going again it is so nice hear. How funny about shelley. Are you enjoying your holiday, we were all staying we cant wait to see all our photos and hear your many stories. HOw are the kids, hope they are enjoying themselves, I think we are of to new years eve and Zanzi bar and Shelley tells me they make some made mohito's, will be having a few of those, but only a few dont want to make a mess of myself . Hi Kez and Mitch, Merry Christmas to you too x We've heard about the Incredible Hulk.. that's at Universal Studios.. we haven't done that park yet.. I need to regain some strength.. those theme parks are not for the faint hearted ! Kennedy Space Centre today.. pretty cool place, but slightly more mild than the rah rah at Disney! Kx

Hi there Big Sis... we're going to be at DisneyWORLD in Florida, not DisnelyLAND in LA for Xmas.. Don't worry.. have set the alarm for 3am my time and I'll call you at Mums on Xmas Eve while you're all there.. leave me some potato salad and some kipfels !
