Help, we're sinking !
Late start today. Stopped at Subway for breakfast/early lunch and headed to Detroit.

Through Detroit, and next to no time we were in Ontario Canada. We didn't get our passports stapmed. Just what sort of a border is this? The guy at the border was more interested in how and why we bought and RV for such a short period of time than asking us much more..
Are we carrying alcohol? Cigarettes? Weapons? Yes, Yes and No.
Headed toward London Ontario and camped at an RV Park just near the falls so we can go there first thing in the morning.

It was pitch black when we arrived - it gets dark so early it was only 430pm! Charlie made us pizzas for dinner and Greggy and I headed out to check out the facilities and decided very quickly that our RV facilities were better. When we were looking around, we had the torch with us and I was holding onto Greg's arm because it was so dark .. (you never know.. there could be a stray bear out here that didn't realise he was meant to be hibernating) ! Then at 10pm, I took a look outside the window and it had been snowing. You can't hear the snow and with the blinds down (to keep in the heat) you'd never know..

We opened the door and were gobsmacked! There was such a large amount of snow and was still coing down heavy.
The most incredible thing was that it lit up the entire park! At 430-5pm it was so dark we couldn't see 2 feet in front of us and then with the snow it felt like daylight... so incredibly bright !
After I marvelled at Mother Nature, panic started to set in! This park is unattended (fill in the envelope, pick the site and put the money in the slot) so I was wondering how we were going to get out if there was no snow plough on site to clear the driveways in the morning! You couldn't see the roads outlined of the park, everything was covered in snow, it was mid calf and extremely powdery.

Oh Joy ! I said to Greg (who just roll his eyes.. appears to be happening a little too much for my like..note to self.. will have to explain to him who's in charge again.. ) how the hell are we going to get out of here in the morning...?
......... and the snow just kept on coming
