On Saturday, Andy and Neville (under the stage names of Thor and Julian) will fly out to embark on their own personal Everest. To ride the 2007 Tour de France route. Over 29 days and approximately 3000 kilometres we will circumnavigate the hexagon that is France in a clockwise direction. Starting from the beaches of Dunkirk, to the pubs of Belgium, the plains of North Eastern france, The Alps, The Med, the Pyreenees, the Loire valley and up to Paris, we will be cycling our little hearts out with heads down and (sore) bums up.

We will update this travel blog regularly giving a flavour of the sights, sounds, challenges and pitfalls, and very literally the ups and downs. Sign up if you want to leave a comment (which would be great).
