From the word Go Raglan was heaven! It really had everything we could have wanted and still manages to maintain that slightly quiet and off the beaten track feel. Perfection!
We were busy little bees surfing (yes I managed to stand up!), kayaking to the pancake rocks, visiting the beautiful waterfall 'Bridal veil' and eating lots of cake at a conveniently located cafes / bars.
I stood on a surf board!
The beach is weird because the sand is black which made for some interesting photos(yes more photos!)...did I mention I stood up on a surf board!

The Kayaking was done on the estuary which was literally backing onto our hostel, we set off in the rain but it quickly cleared and we watched a romantic sunset with wet bottoms!
It's fair to say we are in hobbiton heaven!
Did i mention the surfin'! By nat! (Jim has written one too by accident haha sorry peeps!)
