The PLAN

Three weeks and counting....there is still a lot of work to do in preparation for this trip.  Wrapping up projects at work, shopping for Sonja's 6th grade graduation, arranging finances, dog arrangements, house arrangements, packing, packing and packing.  Oh-and Scott has told me I have clean out my side of the closet...

To family and friends who need to contact us on our travels, I have outlined our plan in the event that we must urgently be reached.  Please try to send an e-mail/response to this travel blog which we hope to check regularly.  If this fails us, try our home e-mail address.  We will update this travel blog when convenient but will not let it ruin the adventure.  When in Singapore, you can reach us at the Early's home.

As you can see, some parts of the trip are very well planned and some not at all.  It will be interesting how we fare and where we end up for the unplanned portions of the trip.  It is a little difficult for an engineer to just let things happen but perhaps after 4-6 weeks I will be relaxed enough to just let go.  Traveling with children may not allow this to completely happen but hopefully they are up for the adventure..the good and no so good parts.
