Went to see the Blarney Castle and of course, kiss the Blarney Stone on Monday. We were hesitant to go at first because it had been raining all morning, but luckily for us it stopped raining and the sun came out.

I absolutely loved Blarney, it was so beautiful. We were allowed to crawl through anything in the castle and on the grounds. The castle stairs were so steep I felt like I was climbing a ladder and the views from top were amazing. I kissed the  Blarney stone, and I bet you can tell from my picture how excited I was. Of course there was the inappropriate old man who held me. I didn't realize you had to lean so far over the edge, I was hanging stories over the ground. Okay okay maybe that is a little dramatic.

The grounds were absolutely gorgeous. Some of the trees looked like they were made of wax and were imagined straight out of a Walt Disney movie. After scurrying around the grounds for a while we went and enjoyed a Baileys and coffee at the pub while we waited for the bus, yum!
