Quick Trip; Lasting Memories

I had an excellent time in PR.  Old San Juan was beautiful; so rich in history and culture.  A must-see is El Yunque, the tropical rainforest.  I also rented a car (great idea) and took a trip to the east coast.  Luquillo Beach, Seven Seas Beach, and the town of Fajardo were all wonderful.  On my last morning in PR, I toured the Bacardi Rum factory.  This was really a great tour, with a lot of info (and quite a few free drinks).

My next trip will definitely include time in Vieques and Culebra, two small islands off the east coast of PR, each with their own distinct culture.  Also, I'd love to see the bioluminescent bays, underground rivers, and the town of Ponce, all of which are found on the western side of the island.
