We had a friend from home visiting Switzerland and we met up with them in Montreux. I don't remember much about Montreux or what we did there but it is in the French border region of Switzerland and I was interested as in the Italian part of the country that they spoke French and also had a lot of French flavor in that area of the country. We spent one day there and then proceeded on toward home but stopped to view one of the most famous mountains in the world.
