Much ado about everything

On our way up to Stratford Upon Avon, we stopped off at Chichester, where Trumble's grandparents live. Spent a few hours with them, and then arrived in the heart of Shakespeare Country.

Stratford is a richly historic town where Shakespeare was born, and lived for most of his life. We enjoyed a home cooked dinner with Prue's friend Jenni, who we were staying with for a few days. She had an awesome house, was great to be staying with her!

tickets to the Royal Shakespeare Companys performance of Much Ado About Nothing

We got up early on Friday to see if we could get tickets to the Royal Shakespeare Companys performance of Much Ado About Nothing, which we did. We spent the day having a guided tour from Jenni who told us about the amazing old buildings in town, and went for a drive in the surrounding countryside, which was lovely. That night we went to see the play, which had been adapted and set in 1950's Cuba. Very amusing, and clever!

We left Stratford and headed back home, where Prue had to catch a train back up to Scotland. Tearful goodbyes were said, and then there were two...
