The Electric City

Next, we hopped onto the Sobu-sen train and were off to Akihabara, 秋葉原

, Tokyo's “Electric City.” It's a couple of square blocks

of electronics stores, toy stores, anime stores, arcades, porn shops,

and just about anything else you can imagine. It's the place to go if

you want the brand new digital camera or cellphone, this is the

place!  It's like if Fry's decided to start their own little city in Japan...
