Windy, but nice.

Being from Baguio, I had the irresistable urge to visit another city designed and planned by the architect Daniel Burnham, and to visit another Burnham Park.  I was not disappointed.  Soldier Field, home of Da Bears, is right next to Burnham Park.

Really windy...

If there's one thing Chicago has a lot of, besides wind, it is parks.  Millenium Park is probably the biggest and best of these.  For any sports fan, Wrigley Field is also must-see.  I got to see Wrigley on Halloween morning, which was bizaare in that there were quite a few costumed party-goers walking around in the neighborhood.  Bizaare, indeed.

I wanted to visit the Sears Tower, but it was closed due to (catastrophic?) high winds.  I left somewhat disappointed, but still glad I got to visit Burnham Park.
