So after getting up at the crack of dawn (3:45am!!!!) to get to Liverpool Street, I caught a bus to Stansted to get my flight to Shannon to meet Mum & Jim for 5 days in Ireland. After getting to the airport only 3 hours early (dammit could have slept in a little longer?!) and checked in, typical Ryanair flight was delayed for almost an hour with 2 gate changes before taking off! Mum & Jim were waiting patiently at the airport to start our Republic of Ireland tour!
