Introduction to Arusha

Spent the morning being shown the main sights of Arusha by my Assistant Country Manager.  It's a really interesting place - vibrant, bustling, friendly, welcoming and I feel totally relaxed here (even before I sampled the chocolate fudge cake in the internet cafe!).

The walk took two hours but gave me a good feel for the places so I now have my bearings enought to be able to change money, send letters, buy fruit (and cake) as well as knowing where various places are.

Off on a day safari tomorrow to Arusha National Park and then to Pangani on the coast.  I won't be going to the Pare Mountains until Monday now.
