On Saturday: had a great view of the city from the Rialto Tower, before exploring the streets on foot and stopping off at Federation Square, then going to the Aquarium.

Sunday: actually had a lie in today!  Did loads of walking around the city again, incorporating some clothes shopping into the day.  Toni and I had a nice stroll through the Botanical Gardens, taking in the Observatory and the Shrine, en route to Albert Park.  Here, we walked along the Formula One Grand Prix track and around the lake.  In the evening we ate at a restaurant on Lygon Street (aka 'Little Italy'), before returning to the hostel to make ourselves some hot Milo, as we were cold!

Monday:  up early again, but it was worth the struggle, as we did the Neighbours tour in the morning.  We got to see all the bad music videos of the former cast members and even some old episodes (Scott & Charlene's wedding, Daphne's death and Madge & Harold's wedding!), as well as hearing about all the latest storylines from our guide on the mini bus.  We didn't actually see any of the actors - the nearest we got was stopping outside of the studios - but we did visit Erinsborough High and Ramsay Street, the most defining moment of my travels so far!

Did a spot of shopping in the afternoon; I got a quality watch with a nice pink strap for $15, as the strap broke on my other watch and I think Toni was tired of me asking her what the time was.  Had iced coffee and a Lamington whilst sitting in the sun on the south bank in the afternoon, a chance to relax before the next few days' adventures....
