welcome to the west coast

two weeks of training before I began my internship in San Francisco. Quick images that still resonate in my head:

• the dusty mountains on each side of the valley
• wandering San Jose State's campus
• waking up, enjoying the comfortable weather every day, relishing the relaxed and mellow life I enjoyed, and thinking about just how lucky the people are who do this every day

After two weeks, I rode up the highway to the City By The Bay
