well first and foremost, for all that was wondering, my mustache is coming in nicely. i figure it would give me the upper edge in any conversation. everyone respects a nice mustache even if their language is being butchered. i think after about a week or so it will be ready for some sweet pics.

We are in Bahia for the day walking around. attempting to make basic conversation when needed around the city. Everyone down here is super friendly and hard working. my week has been filled with lessons and losing at ping pong. We attempted to swim to a cave yesterday, did not work. we were afraid we would be thrown into the rocks and sink into davey jones locker x 100 pre(forever and always) thats is what one of the kfc girls wrote on the bottom of a note for ben... girls and their weird note writing is universal... The only success from the cave trip was the sighting of many many blue footed boobies. I saw them and immediately giggled like a 12 year old school boy.  It was pretty intense to say the least. Sorry for the short post, but everyone is waiting on me for lunch and hopefully these pics wont take too long to upload.

ps. me and ben were taught some sweet malas palabras yesterday so we can play an ecuadorian card came with the locals. they are way better than the bad words in america, but i definitely can´t type them on here because the computer would probably blow up and the internet all across south america would shut down for a few hours.
