The 112th Annual Cheyenne Frontier Days, July 18-27, 2008, features the world’s largest western celebration with nightly concerts, a midway, Wild West shows, Indian village, the Professional BullRider’s Rodeo and much, much more. This event is the perfect event for your entire family.

The popularly coined “Daddy of 'em All' festival, also features a pancake breakfast Monday, Wednesday and Friday where as many as 40,000 people may attend eating well over 100,000 pancakes. The festival also boasts the famous Chuckwagon Cookoff Contest where members use authentic cookware and compete for the crown.

Cheyenne Frontier Days features the world’s largest western celebration with nightly concerts, etc.

Most events take place at Frontier Park, while others might be held in areas around the city.

There is no need to leave at dusk with the celebration’s Frontier Nights where the city comes alive with cowboy-style bars with country/western themed partygoers filling the streets and venues.

I went to the Cheyenne Frontier Days last year and it was a nightmare. An absolute horror show. I saw them shocking animals with electricity, animals were punched and kicked and much worse. I actually saw a horse die at this rodeo. You can see some of the videotape and learn more about this western themed animals abuse at shameoncheyenne.com
