In our hotel we amused ourselves by watching music videos. We were shocked by one, so low budget it used barbies...Ju had to take a pic.

So in the morning we caught a bus to Burgos. Even on the bus we managed to have an adventure. We were stopped at a military check point and several hot, yes hot, army hunks came on the bus in search of basque terrorists. Ju was worried that the bus might explode and Tracey was worried that her hair wasn't coiffed enough for those army hunks.  In the end we survived our first road trip portion of the camino and made it to Burgos.

As soon as we got to the city we were shocked to see a McDo - it's evil reach has made it to Spain...but who are we kidding, we wanted a big mac so bad! In the end though we managed to find a donair place and got a SALAD and a coke a cola light!!! We were hurting for some greens and we were wondering how people here survive on Jamon (ham) and queso (cheese) alone. We got ourselves settled in a great one star hotel and had dinner (see the pics, they tell it all) and had a good sleep. Burgos, the girls are here!!!
