I started my trip in Copan Ruinas, Honduras. I attended Spanish school for 3 weeks while staying with a local family. Copan was very beauitful and peaceful and relaxing. I had to learn how to slow down to the Honduran pace of live which is a lot more laid back than I'm used to.
