To Pine Creek through Jim Jim Falls and Twin Falls

Our destination today is Pine Creek. We have our first 4WD track when heading for Jim Jim Falls and Twin Falls. That was really spectacular. We had to cross a river, but you could not see you deep the river was. Fortunately another 4WD came and went first!

At Twin Falls you can take a boat ride to the falls (AU$ 10.00 p.p.) and yes there was water. It is a real climb across many rock formations. You have to be fit to do this. You do not want to know what you will see here when the wet season is here. Now it is dry and very passable. To get to the falls took a long while so there was not much time left for anything to do. But... we drove for 350km.

In the evening we decide to have diner at the Lazy Lizard Tavern. The lonely planet said you could have an cosy diner there. Well we seemed to be the only guests (besides some Aboriginals). Despite we were the only one we had a delicious fat and juicy hamburger.

The bedding in the hotel was not very good, because we kept on rolling towards eacht other.
