Cucumber and tomato raita

Grate a large cucumber in a bowl, add 1 large finely chopped ripe tomato, and leave it for 20 minutes to drain off the liquid. Mix them in a bowl with 1 Greek-style yoghurt or plain yoghurt drained in cheesecloth, and season with salt. Heat 1/2 tablespoon oil in a small saucepan over medium heat, add 1 teaspoon black mustard seeds and 1 teaspoon sesamme seeds. Then cover and shake the pan until the seeds start to pop. Pour the seeds and oil over the yoghurt. Serve garnished with chopped dill.
