Check out the greyhound and peterpan but its 55 dollars direct. im like, fuck that, and go and jump on a chinatown bus back to new york. a bit more difficult to find a bus to boston in NYC.  I get jumped by the same chinese women, but when i say my destination is now Boston, all of them shut up and gave a humpf! and then refuse to tell me how i would find a chinatown bus to get there. By the time i figure out which company does Boston, i arrive at the stop a bit further on to watch the hourly bus leave without me. thats ok, i have another pho at a nearby restaurant and read my dissertation.

4 and a half hours which isnt bad including rest stops, and i recognise Fenway park and the Pru tower, and im back into South station from which i left so many months ago! Got the T back to harvard square and trekked in a much warmer climate than i remember back up to the Quad and meet Michelle and the girls for dinner.  then met some of the crew up on the top floor set and meet Michelle back in town to visit Dave and his crew. Chill out in his place, before going to ballroom dancing class later!!  it was hilarious, with the boy/girl ratio skewed heavily to the X chromosome, it was a bit daunting to meet the beady eyed eager girls.  it pissed it down big time after the class and Brian got especially drenched as i took his umbrella.  slept in the solarium tonight, this play room on the place.

next day, doss around walking around town which is fun. sat in some park for a few hours and walked along the river which was pretty fun as it was hot. later, we go out for dinner in the north end in a restaurant called cibo. and get desserts to get back into quad where i meet the others and piss around till late.

Get up pretty late and say bye.  Meet a rather giggly felicia with all my luggage on my last day for some thai food lunching, and sit in the park before leaving to logan - 1.25 on the T to the airport! cheap. and the flight was long. no sleep as i get to london by 6, and then get the train back to cambridge, not so cheap and crash before going to lab and escorting my friend to hospital with chloroform poisoning would you believe it...
