So...I just erased a huge journal entry that took me forever. Kinda mad...not gunna lie. Anyway...I have been in Argentina for about a week or two now. I absolutely love it here! The people are soooo nice here, the food is amazing, and the city of BA is great. No wonder they call it the Paris of Southamerica. The arquitecture is very European. Also, because there were so many Italian immigrants when the country was developing, the spanish here has a HEAVY Italian accent. It took alot of getting used to.  People really are beautiful here. ESPECIALLY the men. Last night, we went to kinda of upper scale club, and met the professional Argentine Basketball team. The group of girls I was with and myself hung out with them all night. Kinda amazing!!! Not to mention, not too bad looking either!!!!

The family I am living with is absolutely amazing! They are a young couple with three little boys that are to die for! Nothing is cutter than little kids speaking spanish!ha. I watch Southpark in Spanish, and MTV-Latinamerica with the 6 year old all the time. haha. Yeah I know...he is allowed to watch southpark. wierd. The kids are like little devils running around everywhere all the time. But, it is their summer...so I guess they got to get it out of their system before school starts on Monday.  I also live in a really nice part of the city. I am right by everything..including a shopping mall....dad =)

Also, I am going to be taking classes at Univ of BA and UCA (a catholic private school). UCA is really really nice...with about 30,000 students. However, I just learned yesterday that UBA has 300,000 students!!! it is different here though. It seems like everyone from the country goes to UBA..and the campuses are spread out all over the city. Still....HUGE!

My spanish is already so much better i feel. I speak spanish probably 70% of the time. The only time I speak English is with my american friends. The staff of our program absolutely will not let us speak English...under all circumstances. Including, when I have a breakdown when trying to register for classes at under their caotic system. eeee.

Oh, I joined a gym the other day...haha. Everything is so laid back here. I just sign this tiny piece of paper, paid 90 pesos, or $30 US for this month..and went on my way. For americans, it is soo cheap here. 3 to 1 American currency baby! ANyway, I am tired of typing..especially when it just got erased....Got to go take a shower..I kina smell..it is 5:00pm...and I have done nothing all day. Way to go Jessica.

Love you all and miss you!

Hey Jess! You look beautiful in your pictures...as always. I cannot believe the peso is 3 to 1, the euro is killing me in Barcelona! The three little boys sound so fun, I just live with one senor and an american girl from my program so our house is pretty quiet. Well I miss you and I so happy that you are enjoying yourself...eeeee

WOW! I am so jealous of you. It looks like you are having a blast in South America! I wish I was there so bad. I want to go to Argentina more than anywhere in the world. Your pics are great and looks like the CU crew is a fun bunch! Tell Julie she is such a disease and Brian Funk I say what's up.
