Day Six Freezing Cold/Asthma Attack

What a disaster. Today was a total bust. I froze last night; I have never shivered so much in all my life. I had to take an extra blanket off one of the other beds – so I had 3. But I still shook and shivered. To make matters worse I've got the flu as well as asthma, so I feel utterly crappy. Got up at 7 and got dressed in three layers of clothing and then went back to bed. I surfaced at about 8.15 to have breakfast but I went back to bed until 12 noon. I have not had such a bad dose of the flu in ages and I have nothing with me except panadol and my inhaler.

I have been walking around all day with a blanket wrapped round me and we have done nothing except watch DVDs. My very bones ache and breathing is a real challenge; breathing and eating is a bigger one!

I'm hoping it's a better tomorrow as we're going into La Massana. With any luck I'll find a pharmacy and get something to ease the symptoms.
