Millie and i stayed one extra day in Paros to ride and explore the rest of the island and spend some time with my auntie Anne and uncle Paris. The boat ride to ios was long and hot, instead of taking two hours, it took six, as it did a loop around naxos and santorini islands. But once we got there, it wa swell worth te wait, we got picked up by the far out camping bus with heaps of other aussies and travellers. This campsite was like the other but tenfold, with thousands of campers, four pools more bars and a better beach front packed with beautiful ladies. we met our mates who had saved us a ripper camp site just out of all the action but close enough to watch what was going on. On this island we did a lot of drinking, swimming and eating and partying. Us boys went out on the town one night but only lasted til about 3:00 am, very weak compared to the rest of the island and the greek who stay out til about 8:00 am. Idont know how they do it, well i do , we get too pissed in the day on the beach and pass out too early from heat stroke and excessive drinking. At our campsite, we made more great friends some from Italy, more aussie chicks, and some absolutely hillarious German boys who had just finished school and drank beer 24 hours a day. We went out for dinner a few times in ios but over all we spent most of the week at the campsite or on the beach as it was just so fun. You can only spend so much time on the island though before it all catches up on you. For our last night, we had everyone at our camp site for drinks and enjoyed our last night in ios. All in all, our time in ios was an absolute blast. Next island is santorini torelax and catch up on sleep.
