Day 6: St. Louis, Missouri

Spent the morning re-visiting Kansas City, Missouri (I was there last summer researching for Lets Go).

Then drove clear across the state of Missouri. Boringest drive of this trip so far. Sprawl, trees, sprawl, not much else.

Spent the late afternoon and evening in St. Louis. The Gateway Arch is really cool. Watched a documentary on its construction in the 1960s...no easy feat. Had dinner in the historic district along the Mississippi River.
