visiting Hiroe

my first trip to Japan.  i'm going to cut and paste the journal entries i have written 6 years ago...

I took the Narita Express No. 22 to Yokohama.  It was very expensive 3980 yen.  I arrived at Yokohama station at 4pm.  Hiroe came to pick me up and we went back to her house.  I realized that it's really expensive to live in Japan.  After giving her my little gifts from Canada, we went to eat a place called "Johnathan's Family Restaurant".  I like the bells on each table!  They are used to call the waitresses to come to get our orders.

Hiroe needed to go tutoring so I was alone in her room, watching "Conan".  After that, I called Donald's wife, Karen, and we decided on what we're going to do tomorrow.  They are Kallen's friends.  After taking a bath, a Japanese bath, I went to bed, oh wait, futons!  Of course...on the floor!
