FIJI BABY!!!

Hello jealous people!

I am writing to you guys from downtown Nadi, it's absolutely roasting and i have only 10mins before being picked up by the taxi so...(deep breath):

We arrived in Nadi to a view of lush green scenic views all around only to find that after the first turning out of the airport there was a Mc bloody Donalds! It was an interesting ride to the hostel with one HELL of a culture shock and one that we are becoming accustomed to rather swiftly. We went to our room and then had breakfast which was thrown in for free (true backpackers...or Jews) and then whilst the girls had a lie down i went for a stroll along the beach reading my book. We've booked our accommodation for the rest of Fiji and will doubtfully be able to speak to anyone for until we reach New Zealand. Will hopefully be snorkelling, fishing, partying and sunbathing (as if my red ass needs more [and that's after 30mins!]) and shall let you know in due course how it goes. Just bought a horrendous shirt which suits me after bartering and being hassled all over the street. Anyway, must dash.
