I had a quick layover in London, just enough time to take a peek at the Parliment building and Big Ben, located on the South Bank by the Waterloo Train Station.
I walked along the water, took very touristy photos, had a waffle, listened to some street musicans, and bought a few used books. The London Eye Ferris Wheel was cool to look at, and was an interesting contrast to the very old buildings. I took a photo of one of the buildings and a guard told me "no photos!" apparently graffiti nearby is ok. I will write a longer entry about London when I return in 2 weeks. Now I'm off to Arras!
What's the name of that building with the big clock again?
