July 14, 2006 By mom We have been in Bolivia for a whole week and we already feel that we have been here longer. We have done so many things and have seeing so many dear friends and family and there is still more to see. I want to thank my Honeycito for being so kind and generous for letting me bring our four children to their mother’s land. .My friends and family are enjoying their music and Jonathan’s magic tricks. We all have been shaking hands, kissing both cheeks and hugging and I am crying of joy a lot. After 24 years my country has changed so much. It seems that Cochabamba is in a remodeling mode. You see new constructions almost in every block. The city has expanded all the way to the foothills. There are so many people and cars, the buildings are going higher. The streets remind me of New York a congestion of people and cars and vendors everywhere. Although things have changed my dear friends and family are still as loving and generous as before. I am so proud of the kids. They are trying hard to communicate with the people and are showing real interest in the things happening. Bolivia is so different for them but I hope that by the end they will understand the culture and people and realize that the crazy way their mother acts is a normal Bolivian way. Thank you for your prayers the Lord has answered almost all of them. Keep praying about my papers. Let me finish with a big Praise to our Lord for his many blessings and protection.
