so we woke up very early hoping to catch a ride to our next destenation - park nacional qualet near puyuhuapi where there is a glacir called the hanging glacir - why it's called like that i really don't know, it's not hanging it's just resting between two mountains. anyhow we waited for hours on a cold day - our first cold day in the cartera, and at the moment a truck finally stoped for us it started raining. well that was a problem - the truck was an open back truck so we had nothing to cover us except our coats, at least it wasn't raining hard, and there was a bit sun so we even saw a rainbow (a photo is added to this story). the truck took us half way to a town called mañihuales - a small place that in the bus station we waited trying to hitchike there was a saying on the wall: "israelies are like a pig" and another in spanish which i think ment that the jews are like the cancer of the world - so for us it wasn't so nice being there... nobody botherd us - so maybe it wasn't locals that wrote that.... anyhow after 3 and a half hours of waiting out of no where someone calls out to me: "vamos vamos.." that means come on, we asked if he's going north - he said that yes, we asked if till park nacional queulat, he said yes. still in a bit of a shock not understanding how it is that someone just went up to us and took us with him after 3 1/2 hours of cars not stoping, someone just wanted to help, we hopped on his truck and went on our way. he was a mad driver - driving as fast as he could, cutting people with out notice - but he was our angel, with his help we got to our destanation before night. we opend our tents cooked dinner and went to sleep...

the next day we woke up, pucked our staff and went to the park entrence. left our bags with the guard and went up to see the glacir - as allways for me the way up was hard but the way down was so much fun!!!! the view itself was nice, only nice... but it was a change not to sit and wait for a ride and walk for a bit.... so that was nice.... after that when we reached the junction where we could hitchike there were 5 chilenis before us, so we had to wait a few hours till they'll get a ride and just then start trying to get one for us. the moment that they got a ride it started raining, we sat there like normal israelies on our bags in the rain playing a card game called yaniv - it looked so funny... after 2 min neta and the boys got a ride, that left just tom and me still in the rain.... after half an hour more and 3 cars that didn't stop, finally a transit bus stoped for us it was going to puyuhuapi and then la junta, so i asked the driver (a women...) if we could look if our riends are in puyuhuapi if they are we'll get off and if there not we'll go on to la junta. well when we got to puyuhuapi we didn't see them, tom even yelled out there names but they didn't hear, at the moment the bus started leaving the place we found them and asked the driver to stop so they can get on - luckly there were exactly 3 more places on the bus.... so once again all of us together on our way....
