The landscape change from Wyoming into this portion of Utah is abrupt and very odd. You travel along, with grey-green hills and what looks like Frozen mud hills into this red and yellow rock covering steep valleys and the greenest water you may have ever seen.

Hiked along the Canyon rim trail and saw my first moose, as well as some mule deer, and mountain goats.

Great views and excellent FREE camping along fire roads.
