Kings Canyon

We settled into our hotel room... more of a lodge, but it had a spa! Then we headed off for food. We went into the pub and had a barbie, followed by desert pudding!!! So good! There was also entertainment, which envolved the audience too! Very funny. We finished the day of course, with a spa. Plenty of bubbles!

Day 3 (of whole red center trip) - a 6.15am start to the day and a 6km walk around the rim of Kings canyon. It started up Heart attack hill!!! Nice way to start a walk! A fantastic if tiring walk, with great views. We also climbed down into the Garden of Eden and also saw what looked like a lost city -mounds and mounds of red stone. It was then straight back to the hotel for check out and onto Alice Springs! What a whistle stop tour!
