Hi Guys.

First of all we got here ok everything went fine apart for an hour & a half delay at Bahrain, overall it took us 17 hours to get here not including our crazy taxi drive, no seatbelts and no rules but at four pound for 40 mintues drive who can really complain!

When we first got here it was a HUGE culture shock and we both wanted to come home but now after having a hectic day in delhi we are getting used to it. Just finished our first indian dinner which cost us around 7 pound (this keyboard doesn't have a pound sign!) for two mains, two drinks, naan and tip!

Hotel is fine, at first we thought it was very basic but after seeing where the locals live we are staying in a palace! It's clean and has air con!

We went round delhi today witha few members of our tour as we had free time, we visited the red fort and a mosque, we travelled by metro and will never complain about London underground EVER again. Think of London underground on a hot busy day, times it by four and you're almost there! The sights and SMELLS of dehli cannot be described because down every street its different.

Stacy is still getting used to the stares from the locals, she had her photo taken by an indian boy on his phone, they seem amazed at seeing a white person.

All in all its been a really interesting and fun start to our travels, we still find it a bit daunting that we won't be seeing all of you for four months but we're sure we will get used to it.

We are going to Agra tomorrow to see the Taj Mahal, we have already been taking piccies and we will keep doing so.

We will try and update you as much as we can but until then we are fine and safe, having a good time and meeting nice people and no dehli belly so far, woohoo!!

Lots of Love

Stacy & Jonny xxx
