2 day great stay

Went to Bryce Canyon after Zion and we really weren't impressed with it. It was freezing cold!! And the people there really weren't that friendly. So it was a really quick stay. We headed on out to Moab. We actually stayed in a hotel for 2 nights there since there was so much to do! The first night we just got settled in for a relaxing night. The next day we got up and hiked to Delicate Arch and the kids did great!! It was a pretty strenuous hike because it was so hot and such a desert atmosphere. But we were well rewarded with a raft trip down the colorado river in the afternoon. That cooled us off. We were in a raft wiv about 6 or 7 18 year old british boys. And they were wound up!! Turned out to be a fun time though. We all jumped in the river to cool off -- even the kids! Headed to the Hacienda for dinner after that. What a great stay! The kids really are getting confident -- I could just see it happen as they made it on the hike and that they just jumped in the river no problem. This trip really is well worth it!
