Various Seattle trips

Seattle is a wonderful city of distinctly West Coast charm, with laid-back people, clean air, and of course plenty of coffee shops. National parks are right outside your door when you visit here, and the general feel to the city is warm. Many will enjoy how casual it is; for me, I like my urban experience to have a little more, well, urbanity. I went out to a bar one night in a (non-formal) dress and high heels and was the only person in the room in such attire, and a girl in jeans and a plaid flannel shirt (I do not exaggerate) inquired if I was going to the symphony! Oh my. In the three times I've been to Seattle, I have never experienced the rain.
