A week in Tasmania has not been enough by a long way. The weather has been changeable and unusual for the time of year but we have had a really good taster of Tasmania and seen some beautiful countryside and beaches. The best beaches have been Binnalong Bay and Wineglass Bay. We have been so lucky as we have been staying with locals at St. Helens, some friends we met in Africa. They have taken us on fishing trips and days jam packed full of walks, animals, views and delicious food, like seafood and cheeses. We have been treated like Princesses but are now heading back to the land of hostels in New Zealand. We will definitely return to Tasmania and it has easily been my very favourite part of Australia.
