The fairytale country of Luxembourg

Luxembourg has way to much beauty for such a small country. You really feel like you have walked straight out of reality & into a magical land. Surrounded by castles, fortresses, forests & rivers, me & Michael fell in love with this country.
We booked 3 nights here originally & ended up staying 7 & could have easily have stayed longer. Our stay was split between Luxembourg city (the capital) & Beaufort. We did day trips to Ecternach, Ettelbruck, Wiltz & saw a lot of the country through the windows of trains.

The best way to explore Luxembourg is by foot or bike, with trails snaking all over the country. The biggest problem you will probably have is deciding which of the endless tracks to take. We did some beautiful forest walks & explored the Bock Casemates, which are fortifications that spread about 20 kilometers underground (a magnificant experience).
I would definately love to go back to this wonderfully relaxing country & absolutely loved our experience here :)
