I'm still there but it's a nice town thus far. I guess there has been a lot of changes in the past 2 years, the EU and all. I can't believe that it used to be part of the the soviet block so recently. We are staying in this hostal in the break away republic within the town, which is cooler in the idea of it than in reality, but it's cheap and clean. Thus far we have gone to see the Frank Zapa statue as well as the genocide museum which was powerful. There is something about learning the history in the room it took place in that adds to it. We've also been keeping up on the world cup (when in Europe you have to) which is getting to the ending climax. Tomorrow we head out on our more undeveloped tour of Lithuania and eventually to Riga Lativa and then back down to Prague where we'll split up and I'll move on to meet Mr Max Kuipers in France and the  gals go on to Croatia and Italy. Thus far so good!
